Shipping & Delivery costs The following information covers shipping costs, estimated delivery times, order deadlines, processing time for shipping, shipping rates and delivery times, shipping confirmation, and information about defective or faulty products: Shipping Costs, Processing Time for Shipping, Delivery Time Shipping costs start from 6 euros, and there is free shipping for orders over 100 euros You can choose between two courier companies, either the local post office or GLS, and these will be displayed during the purchase process before confirming your purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information. Our usual processing time for shipping is approximately 1-2 days. This is the time we need to process your order before shipping. The average delivery time is between 4-7 working days, with a processing time of 1-2 days for warehouse products. The average delivery time for products from external warehouses is between 5-10 working days, including a processing time of 1-2 days. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends or holidays. Delivery and Shipping Different delivery times also depend on the availability of the products. Delivery times are calculated for each product. There are 2 types of information to inform you about the availability of a product. The delivery time varies and is displayed below the price of the product. There are 2 pieces of information: 1-2 days processing time and 4-7 days delivery time for warehouse products 1-2 days processing time and 5-10 days delivery time for external warehouse products If you order a warehouse product and an external warehouse product at the same time, the longest delivery time will be displayed in your order so that you as a customer do not have to pay shipping costs twice. Order Deadlines To process and ship your order on the same day, you must place it on weekdays before 3:00 p.m. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day. Shipping Confirmation You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been processed, prepared, and shipped by our logistics partner in Denmark. This confirmation includes a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please note that it may take a few business days for the tracking information to be updated as the local postal systems in europe needs to handle the package.
